From general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry to specialized treatments such as sleep dentistry, pinhole gum surgery, orthodontics, and advanced dental implants, we pride ourselves on utilizing state-of-the-art technology and a compassionate approach to patient care.About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Dentist to join our vibrant team. We offer complete flexibility with days and hours, from 2 days part-Time with potential for Full-Time hours across Monday to Friday, tailored to fit the successful candidate’s availability.We are looking for a skilled practitioner with Strong interest in high end dentistry including complex restorative, implants and complex dental surgery, while maintaining a strong commitment to a broad general dental scope.What You Will Be Doing:· Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and formulate tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.· Perform a broad range of general, restorative, and preventative dental procedures in line with professional standards.· Execute advanced clinical procedures—including dental implants, surgical extractions, and sinus lifts—where skilled.· Educate and empower patients regarding their treatment options, fostering an environment of informed decision-making and long-term oral health.· Build trusted, long-term relationships through compassionate, high-quality, patient-centred care.· Maintain clear, compliant, and accurate clinical records.· Work collaboratively alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team of clinicians, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences.· Contribute positively to practice growth, team culture, and clinical excellence.About You:- 10+ years experience as an AHPRA Registered Dental Practitioner· A dedicated, patient-focused clinician committed to high standards of clinical delivery and compassionate care.· Confident in general dentistry, with specialized expertise or strong clinical competence in surgical dentistry and implantology (including sinus lifts).· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical procedures in clear, accessible language.· Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to thrive within a high-volume, 10-chair practice setting.· Dedicated to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of modern dental techniques and technology.Qualifications & Requirements:· Current (or eligible) unrestricted registration as a Dentist with AHPRA / Dental Board of Australia.· Demonstrated experience practising general dentistry in Australia.· Proven advanced surgical competence, particularly in dental implants, surgical procedures, and sinus lifts.· Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and full Australian working rights.Why Join East Bentleigh Dental Group & NDC?· High Patient Volume: Join an established, reputable 10-chair practice with an extensive, loyal, and diverse patient base.· Advanced Clinical Scope: Utilize modern equipment and technology while performing complex surgical and restorative dentistry.· Flexible Work Options: Enjoy tailored part-time or full-time schedules within standard Monday–Friday operating hours (no weekend work required).Ready to take the next step in your career?If you are a passionate clinician seeking a dynamic, supportive practice environment with excellent patient demand, we would love to hear from you.
