Dental Spa India aims to create a welcoming environment where individuals receive personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based at Dental Spa India in Vadodara. The Dentist will examine and diagnose dental conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and other restorative and preventive treatments. The role includes providing facial cosmetic-related dental care where appropriate, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The Dentist will collaborate with the clinic team to ensure high standards of infection control, patient safety, and overall service quality, while contributing to continuous improvement in clinical practices.Qualifications Recognized degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent); MDS specialization is an advantage.Valid dental license/registration to practice, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.Experience in general dentistry, including diagnosis, preventive care, restorative treatments, and basic endodontic procedures.Exposure to or interest in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetic treatments is beneficial.Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options and provide empathetic, respectful care.Commitment to clinical quality, infection control protocols, and adherence to ethical practice standards.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage time and appointments efficiently.Willingness to stay updated on new techniques, materials, and best practices through continuing education.
