The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and hygiene-focused treatments, as well as referring patients for specialist care when appropriate. The Dentist will educate patients on oral health, maintain accurate clinical records, and ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols. The role involves collaborating with dental assistants and administrative staff to deliver efficient, timely, and high-quality patient care while contributing to a positive clinic environment.Qualifications Relevant dental degree and full professional registration with the appropriate dental council or regulatory body.Proven experience in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.Strong clinical skills with attention to detail, adherence to evidence-based practice, and commitment to patient safety and infection control standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients of diverse backgrounds.Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical setting, collaborating with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.Strong organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate clinical documentation and managing a structured appointment schedule.Willingness to engage in continuous professional development, keeping current with advances in dentistry, materials, and clinical techniques.Experience with digital dental systems (e.g., digital radiography, practice management software) is beneficial.Previous experience in a multi-clinic or community-based dental environment is an advantage.
