Role Description This is a 100% or 80%, on-site Dentist role based in Geneva. The Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and cosmetic procedures, and preventive dentistry. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the clinical team, explaining treatment options, The role also involves documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in case discussions to support continuous improvement in patient care.QualificationsClinical dentistry skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and cosmetic procedures, and preventive care.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatments clearly, build trust, and support a positive patient experience.Attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and commitment to clinical excellence and infection control standards.Relevant dental degree and valid license or eligibility to practice dentistry in Switzerland and canton de Genève.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to an innovative, technology-driven environment.Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.Prior experience in aesthetic or prosthodontic dentistry is beneficial but not mandatory.
