Team members join a practice focused on high-quality patient care, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based at NAVNEESH DENTAL CLINIC in Delhi, India. The Dentist will perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing restorative and preventive procedures, managing endodontic and prosthodontic cases where appropriate, and providing clear, compassionate patient communication and education. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and collaborating with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service. The Dentist is expected to stay current with best practices and contribute to the clinic’s reputation for dependable, precise dental care.Qualifications Dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution; MDS or specialization in a dental field is an advantage.Valid dental license/registration to practice in India and compliance with local regulatory requirements.Proficiency in core clinical skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, preventive care, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures.Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options clearly, obtain informed consent, and provide empathetic patient counseling.Commitment to strict infection control, hygiene standards, and overall clinical safety protocols within a busy practice setting.Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants and administrative staff, contributing to efficient appointment management and positive patient experiences.Willingness to participate in continuing education, adopt new techniques or technologies, and support the clinic’s growth and quality initiatives.Prior experience in a clinical practice or internship setting is preferred; experience with international or diverse patient populations is a plus.
