Dental Consultant Manager/ Senior Manager Business Consulting Our client, a large consultancy organisation, are currently recruiting for a Dentist to join their Business Consulting Transformation Delivery team on a permanent basis. Candidates at Manager or Senior Manager level will be considered for this opportunity. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in Dublin one day per week. Experience working as a Dentist in the Irish healthcare system is essential for this role and ideally you will be immediately available.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver large-scale transformation programmes and projects to time, cost and qualityLead the delivery of major project and programme activities, including business process design, testing and end user training involving multiple cross functional stakeholdersBuild valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunitiesAct as a subject matter, leverage your knowledge and experience to shape services for clientsLead presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects and providing subject matter insight to bids and proposals in relevant areasCreate innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadershipDrive improvements by taking responsibility for engagement / account level Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives, ensuring that project teams understand and comply with requirements Requirements: A degree in DentistryExperience working in as a Dentist in the Irish healthcare system5-8 years of Project Management experience of managing and delivering large-scale projects, and transformation programmes, including project planning and monitoring, resource management (including project finances), benefits realisation, etcIdeal candidates will have multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing the solution and end user trainingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmesGood understanding of project governance and change management principlesAdditional professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2® or PMP, are desirableAdditional areas of interest include: process improvement, agile methodologies, and business case development
