This role involves providing day-to-day clinical support to orthodontists and patients, including clarifying treatment plans, answering clinical queries, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information. The specialist will assist in coordinating appointments, guiding patients through aligner usage and care, and addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the customer service team to resolve patient issues, supporting training sessions for staff on aligner processes, and maintaining clear communication with clinical partners. The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to clinical guidelines, and a strong focus on patient experience.QualificationsStrong clinical support and medicine-related knowledge relevant to orthodontic or dental care.Effective communication skills for explaining clinical information to patients and professionals.Proven customer service skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.1-3 Yrs Experience in training or educating patients, clinical staff, or internal teams.Relevant degree or diploma in dentistry, dental hygiene, nursing, or a related healthcare field.Ability to work collaboratively with orthodontists and cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation.Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and meeting operational timelines.Compensation Salary - 4-6 LPA +Allowances + Incentives
