The clinic aims to create a supportive workplace where healthcare professionals can grow their careers while maintaining a strong focus on patient well-being.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based at DERMADENT Skin and Dental Clinic in Dubai. The Dentist will perform comprehensive clinical examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of diverse backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include performing restorative procedures, preventive care, endodontic treatments, extractions, and other general dental services while adhering to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves educating patients on oral hygiene, documenting clinical findings accurately in patient records, and coordinating care with other clinical team members. The Dentist will participate in case discussions, support quality improvement initiatives, and help maintain high professional and service standards within the clinic.Qualifications Licensed Dentist with a valid DHA license or eligibility for licensure in Dubai.Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS, DDS, or DMD) from an accredited institution; relevant postgraduate training or specialization is an advantage.Proficiency in general dental procedures, including examinations, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic endodontics.Strong diagnostic skills, clinical judgment, and attention to detail in treatment planning and execution.Commitment to infection prevention, clinical safety standards, and evidence-based practice.Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options and build trust in a culturally diverse environment.Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals in a team-based setting.Comfort using digital dental systems (e.g., digital radiography, practice management software) and openness to learning new technologies.Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage daily patient schedules efficiently.Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, trainings, and clinical audits.Prior experience in a private clinic setting in the UAE or GCC region is preferred but not mandatory.
