The company culture is centered on innovation and shaping the future of digital landscapes.Role Description The Deployment Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. The Deployment Engineer will plan, configure, and deploy GeoSoft-Surtech solutions at client sites and within cloud or on-premise environments, ensuring reliable integration with existing infrastructure and systems. Daily responsibilities include installing and updating software and hardware components, monitoring deployments, resolving technical issues, and performing system health checks. The role involves collaborating with project managers, developers, and client technical teams to define deployment requirements, document procedures, and optimize performance and reliability. The Deployment Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes, create technical documentation, and provide knowledge transfer and training to client stakeholders as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent deployment-related issues.Candidates should possess Networking and Integration skills to configure connectivity, integrate systems, and ensure secure, stable communication between platforms.Candidates should possess Operating Systems expertise (e.g., Windows, Linux) to install, configure, and maintain software solutions across different environments.Candidates should possess solid documentation and communication skills to create clear deployment guides, reports, and to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.Candidates should possess basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with field deployments, system integration projects, or infrastructure implementation in industrial, engineering, or geospatial domains is beneficial.Ability to work safely on client sites, manage time effectively in a hybrid environment, and adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
