Deployment Lead, APAC - SingaporeA fast-growing AI company at the frontier of predictive intelligence is hiring their Founding Deployment Lead to build out its client-facing team in APAC.As Deployment Lead, you'll own client relationships end-to-end — from first conversation to scoping through deployment and long-term partnership. You'll configure tailored analyses, deliver simulation-driven insight directly to senior stakeholders, and work side by side with the founders across a wide range of clients and problems.This is a role for someone who operates independently at speed. You'll translate rough direction into client-ready outputs, coordinate across engineering, product and commercial teams to keep deployments on track, and identify new engagement opportunities across industries. Expect to sit in front of CEOs, CMOs and C-suite equivalents with the presence to make every interaction land.What they are looking for:4+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategic operations role at a high-growth startup — and you've owned workstreams or client relationships, not just supported them.Self-directed in ambiguity — you can shape an unclear ask into a crisp workstream, flag issues early, and deliver without hand-holdingStrong analytical skills and can work fluently with complex data and communicate findings clearly in writing and in personExcited to work fully in-person in and bring genuine curiosity about AI and global affairsExperience across multiple APAC markets, Python/AI tooling proficiency, a technical background, or a grounding in market research and consumer insights would all add weight.This would suit someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings curiosity and conviction in equal measure, and wants their work to have demonstrable impact.
