Deployment Strategist
Closr · New York, NY
Tailor my CV for this job — freeClosr is hiring Deployment Strategists on behalf of a Series D company building the AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing. More than $100B in mortgages now sit on its platform, at 3x lower servicing cost than the industry average. Its strategists run live deployments at some of the largest mortgage servicers in the US, replacing legacy servicing software that pre-dates the internet. The roleYou own a deployment from the first workflow review to the measured business result. Then you help write the playbook for the next one.
- Learn how the client's operation runs, configure the platform, drive adoption and deliver results you can measure
- Spend time on site with clients, watching workflows and digging into data (domestic travel only, around 10% and up to 20%)
- Work with engineering and product to turn messy legacy workflows into software
- Make decisions with incomplete information, because every deployment looks different
- Build the playbooks and tooling that make each rollout faster than the lastYou'd join about 40 deployment strategists working in pods of 3 to 8. Each pod is led by a manager and focused on one area of servicing, such as escrow, payments, or foreclosure and special loans. The company is Series D and still building from zero to one, so processes get written as you go.Who fits

- Daily use of AI tools and coding agents, with specific workflows you can describe
- Personal ownership of customer outcomes or deployments, and a track record of building playbooks or processes from scratch
