Area / Depot Manager Leeds – Express Traffic ManagementJob SummaryResponsible for the day-to-day management and performance of Leeds depot and geographical area, ensuring traffic management operations are delivered safely & efficiently. The role involves managing staff, vehicles, equipment and resources while maintaining high standards of health and safety, compliance and customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage daily depot operations assisting Operations staff.Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with relevant legislation.Oversee fleet, equipment, maintenance and depot facilities.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of service delivery.Monitor operational performance, resolve issues and implement improvements.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and grow the business.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in traffic management, highways or a similar operational environment.Previous supervisory or management experience.Good knowledge of health and safety and relevant industry standards.Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.Commercial awareness and experience managing costs and resources.Competent IT and reporting skills.Relevant traffic management qualifications and a full UK driving license.
