Depot-Level (Level D) Testing & Integration Team LeaderA leading defense organization in the field of communication systems is looking for an experienced Electronics Practical Engineer / Technician Team Leader for an impactful and challenging role.If you live and breathe electronics, love board-level troubleshooting down to the component level, work with advanced test and measurement equipment, and are passionate about leading people – this is the opportunity for you!What will you do?Lead a professional team of electronics technicians and practical engineers.Perform integration and testing of complex boards and multidisciplinary systems down to the component level (Depot-Level / Level D).Hands-on work with advanced test equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and more.Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis.Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and development teams.Combine work in an advanced laboratory environment with occasional maritime field deployments (on average once a month).What are we looking for?Certified Electronics Practical Engineer or Technician.Proven hands-on experience in board-level testing and integration down to the component level – Must.Prior experience in team leadership or technical oversight of personnel.Proven experience working with RF-based systems – Significant advantage.High independence, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive processes forward.The position is open to both men and women.
