Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO)Location: UAE | Industry: Manufacturing | Type: Full-timeJob SummaryReporting to the CFO, the Deputy CFO will lead overall financial operations, strategic planning, cost accounting, and treasury. The ideal candidate must bring strong finance leadership from the manufacturing industry, with expertise in plant accounting, working capital management, and cost optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Strategy: Partner with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, capital allocation (CapEx), and business forecasting. Cost Accounting & Plant Control: Oversee standard costing, material/labor variance analysis, product margin optimization, and inventory valuation. Financial Reporting & Governance: Lead IFRS financial reporting, month-end/year-end closures, audit management, and compliance (including UAE Corporate Tax). Treasury & Trade Finance: Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, trade finance structures (LCs/LGs), and FX risk. Team & Systems: Direct the finance team and drive ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) optimization across corporate and plant functions. Key RequirementsEducation & Credentials: CA or ACCA required. Experience: 10+ years in finance leadership with proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of plant cost accounting, supply chain economics, IFRS, and enterprise ERPs (SAP/Oracle). Regional Insight: UAE/GCC experience and knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax/banking preferred.
