Deputy General Manager – Business Transformation

As Head of Business Transformation, you will lead a team of 10+ specialists to study workflows, map and redesign value streams, and turn the opportunities you uncover into measurable results: less waste, less effort, and best-in-class processes. And you won’t stop at the analysis.You will lead the design and delivery of the RPA bots, AI solutions, automated workflows, and interactive dashboards that close the gaps customer ERP systems leave behind, taking each idea from concept to defined software requirements, to live working tools. Build, lead and develop a Business Excellence team of 10+ analysts, project managers and quality specialists, and set the standards, toolkits and best-practice libraries that scale across the organization.Study processes end to end. Run detailed E2E process studies across delivery operations to map current-state operations and quantify the volume and effort drive that reveal exactly where time, cost and resource are consumed.Map and redesign value streams. Define and draft current- and future-state value streams, then identify opportunities to eliminate waste, consolidate duplicated activity, and standardize to a single, best-in-class way of working.Build the business case. Develop ROI models that quantify the effort, cost and time savings behind each proposed solution, and use them to prioritize initiatives and secure leadership and client buy in.Turn concept into design. Own the product design lifecycle, translating improvement opportunities into clear software requirements, wireframes and user stories, then handing off to technology teams. Keep every solution practical, scalable and grounded in real operational challenges.Deliver automation and insight. Lead the design and rollout of RPA, AI solutions, automated workflows and interactive dashboards that address needs not covered by customer ERP systems, working closely with developers and vendors to ensure each solution is built to specification and delivers the intended outcome.Turn data into decisions. Apply hands-on data analytics to model, visualize and interpret operational data, and infuse adaptive analytics that evolve with changing business scenarios into everyday decision-making, championing a data-driven culture across operations and leadership.Embed Lean Six Sigma. Govern the enterprise deployment of Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) and Kaizen, managing a portfolio of improvement projects tied to client SLAs and organizational KPIs.Partner and govern. Act as the senior Business Excellence interface for key clients and executives, present dashboards on quality, transformation and benefits realization, and ensure compliance and effective risk management across delivery streams.Candidate RequirementsEducation and Academy Qualification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a deep command of Lean and quality tools and techniques.A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a field relevant to process re-engineering.A master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantageWork Experience 12+ years in Business Excellence, Quality or Operational Transformation, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within the BPO & IT Services industry.A demonstrated track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with quantifiable, ROI-driven outcomes.Hands-on experience taking automation from concept to delivery, RPA, AI, workflows and dashboards and the ability to define the software requirements behind them.Hands-on command of process management, solution design and project management, with practical experience of data analytics tools and platforms.Proven experience leading teams of 10+ and engaging C-suite and client stakeholders in governance forums.Exposure to automation and analytics tooling (e.g. RPA platforms, Power Platform, BI / dashboarding tools).What’s in it for youThis is a build-it role, not an inherit-it one and the mandate that comes with it is real:Ownership and autonomy.
