The ideal candidate has a strong background in premium healthcare or luxury wellness operations in the KSA or GCC, speaks Arabic/English fluently, and brings a systems-thinking approach to clinical excellence, guest experience, and commercial performance. This is the role that makes the group’s ambitions real on the ground.This role oversees the day-to-day performance of all clinic operations across the GCC portfolio, ensuring every site consistently delivers to the group’s clinical, service, and financial standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Multi-Site Clinic Operations
- Own the operational performance of all GCC clinic sites, acting as the primary line of accountability for day-to-day clinical service delivery, guest experience, staffing, and operational compliance.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational SOPs, service protocols, and quality frameworks across all sites, ensuring consistency with the clinical standards.
- Lead and performance-manage a team of Clinic Operations Managers and site leaders across the GCC portfolio, providing direct coaching, operational direction, and performance accountability.
- Drive operational readiness for all new site openings within the GCC expansion plan, leading the pre-opening build-out of systems, staffing, training, and compliance processes.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues across all sites, resolving challenges decisively and preventing disruption to patient care or clinic revenue. Clinical Quality & Patient Experience
- Champion clinical quality and patient safety as the operational lead across all GCC sites, working closely with Medical Directors and clinical teams to maintain the group’s standards of care.
- Oversee guest experience performance across the portfolio, using patient feedback, NPS, and mystery guest data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.· Monitor clinical and operational KPIs across all sites on a weekly cadence, identifying underperformance early and implementing corrective measures with speed and precision. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
- Ensure all GCC clinic sites maintain full and continuous compliance with MOH-KSA licensure requirements, SCFHS credentialing standards, SFDA product regulations, and applicable national healthcare regulations.
- Manage the operational side of regulatory inspections, audits, and renewal processes across all sites, ensuring documentation, protocols, and staff compliance are audit-ready at all times.
- Maintain current awareness of regulatory changes across GCC healthcare markets and adapt clinic operations proactively to remain ahead of compliance obligations.
- Liaise with the General Manager and external regulatory consultants on new market licensing processes as the GCC footprint expands. Commercial Performance & Revenue Management
- Drive revenue performance across all GCC clinic sites, working with clinic leadership teams to maximize appointment utilisation, treatment conversion, retail attachment, and programme sales.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports for the General Manager, covering clinical throughput, revenue, patient satisfaction, staffing, and compliance metrics.
- Identify and implement commercial initiatives at site level, including pricing reviews, service line development, and partnership activations aligned with the group’s growth strategy. People Management & Talent Development
- Lead, develop, and motivate the operational leadership team across all GCC sites, setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular reviews, and building a strong succession pipeline.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and operational training programmes across all clinic roles, ensuring every new team member reaches competency standard
- Partner with the General Manager and Group HR on workforce planning, Saudization targets, and talent acquisition across the GCC portfolio. Vendor, Supplier & Partner Management
- Manage key operational vendor relationships across the GCC portfolio, including medical equipment suppliers, laboratory partners, facility management companies, and outsourced services.
- Oversee procurement and supply chain management across all sites, ensuring par stock levels are maintained and supply never compromises clinic service delivery or patient care.
- Negotiate and manage operational contracts and service agreements, ensuring value for money and alignment with the group’s quality and compliance standards. REQUIREMENTS Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Hospitality, or related field. Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of operational leadership experience in premium healthcare, luxury wellness, or luxury hospitality, with at least 3–5 years managing multi-site or multi-department operations.
- Demonstrated experience operating within the KSA and GCC healthcare environment, with direct working knowledge of MOH-KSA regulatory standards, SCFHS credentialing requirements, and clinical compliance obligations.
- Prior experience in high-end private hospitals, premium medical centres, luxury wellness clinics, or executive health programmes in the GCC is essential.
- Proven track record of driving operational performance across multiple sites simultaneously, with measurable results in service quality, clinical compliance, revenue, and staff engagement. Technical Skills
- Operational systems fluency: EMR platforms, scheduling tools, KPI dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.
- Strong financial literacy: budget management, P&L reading, cost control, and multi-site revenue tracking.
- Clinical governance understanding: MOH-KSA compliance, infection control, clinical audit, and quality management systems.
- Vendor and contract management: negotiation, SLA oversight, and supplier performance management.
- Skilled communicator and presenter, comfortable interfacing with clinical teams, government bodies, and senior leadership in both Arabic and English. Language
