You will oversee all service delivery commitments, driving operational excellence and continuous process optimization.🔑 Key Responsibilities🤝 Account Management & Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer, ensuring service levels (SLAs), business requirements, and commitments are consistently met.💡 Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Drive category plans, vendor selection, contract lifecycle management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, and third-party risk management (TPRM).🔄 Transition & Operational Oversight: Guarantee successful operational transitions, align service delivery with strategic business needs, and ensure compliance with all contractual deliverables.👥 Team Leadership & Staffing: Direct workforce planning, manage priorities, foster associate development, and act as the ultimate point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.📊 Reporting & Governance: Establish account management disciplines, oversee policy adherence, conduct routine quality assurance (QA), and deliver monthly performance reporting.🚀 Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive process optimization for efficiency, resolve cross-functional issues, and proactively propose solutions that provide ongoing benefit to the customer.🎓 Qualifications & Experience📅 Experience: 14+ years total, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.🌍 Specialized Expertise: 6+ years in Category and Region experience.🧑 🤝 🧑 People Management: 5+ years of experience leading teams.🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred.🎯 Core Competencies: Strategic Sourcing (complex price structuring), Contract Management, and Procurement Operations.
