ACTIVITIESThe Deputy Head of Commercial and Aviation Responsibility:Support the B2B Director, Commercial & Aviation, in driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.Lead and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets, customer retention, and business development objectives.Manage key customer relationships, commercial negotiations, tenders, and strategic contracts.Monitor business performance, market trends, and commercial risks, implementing corrective actions when required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.Support the development of the aviation business while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Drive forecasting, business reviews, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct, HSE standards, internal controls, and applicable regulations.QUALIFICATIONSMaster's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Diesel, Commercial, Aviation, Energy, or related industries.Proven leadership and commercial negotiation experience.Strong stakeholder management and business development skills.Fluent in English; Khmer and/or Chinese is an advantage.
