New capsules drop every 5–6 weeks, designed in our Lahore studio and made on our own looms, dye houses and print lines.We're looking for a Deputy Head of Design to run the studio day to day and deliver every capsule on time, on brief and on cost. You'll report to our Head of Product & Design and be the person who turns seasonal direction into finished, approved product.🛠️ What You'll Own- Capsule delivery — take each drop from approved direction to locked designs, tech packs and approved samples, on the calendar, every 5–6 weeks.- Studio leadership — manage print designers, colourists, embroidery designers and sample makers: daily priorities, reviews and clear, fast feedback.- Print & embroidery execution — repeats, placement prints, colourways, embroidery layouts and trims, specified so the mill gets them right first time.- Mill & printer coordination — strike-offs, lab dips, GSM and finish approvals with our in-house weaving, dyeing and printing teams.- Design to cost — work with merchandising so every style lands within its target cost and fabric yield before it reaches sampling.- Quality of handover — tech packs complete and correct, so sampling rounds go down, not up.✅ You're Right for This If You- Have 4+ years designing women's collections for a recognised Pakistani label (unstitched, pret, or both).- Have taken at least 3 full seasonal collections from concept to store.- Have managed other designers directly — not just reviewed their work.- Can build and finalise repeats, placement prints and embroidery specs in Photoshop / Illustrator.- Have worked hands-on with mills or printers on strike-offs, dyeing and fabric approvals.- Work fast, hit dates, and design for what sells, not only for what photographs well.💼 What We Offer- A senior seat in a growing brand, with a clear path upward.- Direct access to in-house mills and QA labs — samples in days, not weeks.- Competitive salary, performance bonus and private health insurance.- Staff discounts across loomé and The Linen Company.📩 How to Apply1.
