Deputy Head of Supply Chain and Logistics (Location: Bangna Km.19) The role is a key driver in turning that promise into everyday reality — keeping international inbound, distribution, store replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment and reverse logistics running reliably across Thailand's ~60 stores, so that good value and good quality reach the many without interruption. The role carries a clear mandate to modernise the network through automation and data analytics while delivering cost-efficient, dependable service to every brand, every day.Responsibilities:Operations Leadership:Support the Head of Logistics in shaping supply chain strategy, network, capacity and systems road map for brand and market expansion, including new store openings and e-commerce growth.Manage day-to-day distribution centre and 3PL operations across markets: SLAs, capacity, productivity, quality and safety.Oversee international inbound (sea and air), customs clearance, trade compliance, duty optimisation, FTA utilisation and cross-border road freight across Southeast Asia.Direct outbound operations: store replenishment, new store openings and relocations, inter-market transfers, and launch/campaign logistics.Manage specialised handling requirements, including temperature-controlled logistics for confectionery/F&B and high-value security standards for luxury product.Own e-commerce and omni-channel fulfilment performance, including last-mile partners and peak readiness for mega-sale events (e.g. 11.11, 12.12).Run reverse logistics: customer returns, returns-to-vendor (RTV), defectives, and stock consolidation/exit programmes.Commercial, Cost Management:Lead freight, 3PL and last-mile procurement: tenders, rate negotiations, contract and SLA management, and structured performance reviews.Support sourcing and procurement of goods and services for all brands and entities, balancing cost efficiency, quality, and ethical and sustainable sourcing.Ensure procurement compliance and accuracy of contracts, purchase orders and vendor records; drive savings through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.Co-own the logistics budget with the Head of Logistics and finance: cost-per-unit programmes, variance analysis and productivity initiatives.Inventory, risk and compliance:Safeguard inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes and shrinkage controls, working closely withfinance and retail operations.Use ageing, shrinkage and fast/slow-mover analysis to optimise stock levels, reduce holding costs and improve availability across fast-fashion and luxury assortments; lead stock rebalancing, consolidation and clearance planning based on data insights.Partner with finance on inventory budgets and cost control (holding cost, shrinkage and obsolescence); set inventory SOPs and governance standards that hold consistently across brands, stores and warehouses.Ensure import/export and product compliance across markets, including labelling, permits, insurance and claims management.Build resilience and business continuity plans across the network; anticipate and manage disruption proactively.Champion sustainability across the network: emissions measurement, packaging optimisation and greener transport choices.Leadership:Support the Head of Logistics in leadership forums, principal and franchisor discussions, and cross-functional projects, acting as second-in-command with full accountability for supply chain performance in the Head’s absence.Lead, coach and develop multi-market teams across the logistics, shipping, inventory and procurement functions; build individual development and succession plans for key roles; raise data and AI literacy across the function; set clear KPIs and performance routines.Collaborate with finance, retail and commercial, IT/MIS and brand teams — locally and internationally — to align supply chain delivery with business needsQualifications10+ years in logistics and supply chain within retail, fashion, FMCG or e-commerce, including 3–5 years in senior management; deputy or second-in-command experience an advantage.Multi-market Southeast Asia experience with strong working knowledge of customs, import/export regulations, trade compliance and Incoterms.Proven 3PL and distribution centre management at scale; hands-on e-commerce and omni-channel fulfilment experience, including peak trading.Proven experience overseeing shipping, warehousing and inventory, and procurement functions across multiple brands, entities or markets, with demonstrated people leadership building capability and succession for teams of 10 or more.Experience within an international or multi-market retail organisation, coordinating with regional or global brand headquarters, franchisors and cross-border stakeholders
