If you bring a strong corporate law background, expertise in contract drafting and vetting, and a proactive approach to risk management, we want to hear from you. 📍 Location: Oman 💼 Department: Legal & Compliance ⏳ Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred✨ What You’ll DoContract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial, vendor, facility, and operational agreements to mitigate risk. Legal Advisory & Governance: Advise management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters while implementing governance policies and compliance frameworks. Dispute & Litigation Oversight: Coordinate with external legal counsel on notices, contractual disputes, and regulatory matters. Regulatory Compliance: Interpret applicable laws, monitor regulatory developments, support licensing/accreditation, and manage organizational risk. 🎯 Who We’re Looking ForQualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required; Company Secretary (CS) qualification highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience in corporate legal affairs and contract management. Industry Advantage: Prior experience within a corporate, hospital, healthcare, or highly regulated environment is an added advantage. Core Competencies: Expertise in contract drafting/vetting, labor law, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
