Deputy Manager, Supply Chain For Eon Group of Industries (Agro Business)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute supply chain plans aligned with business and production requirements.Prepare and monitor S&OP, demand, supply, and inventory plans.Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Distribution teams.Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, slow-moving/dead stock, and inventory accuracy.Manage warehouse operations, material movement, storage, and stock reconciliation.Monitor purchase planning, supplier performance, lead time, and delivery schedules.Optimise transportation, logistics, and distribution costs.Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, inventory turnover, stock availability, lead time, and logistics cost.Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.Prepare regular MIS, supply chain reports, forecasts, and management updates.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

5/6 Years in Argo Based Organization.MBA in Supply Chain Management.
