Deputy Manager Continuous Professional Development, Principals

DescriptionDeputy Manager CPD, Principal will lead the design and implementation of professional learning programme for school leaders across TCF's network. The role is responsible for designing learning experiences, including self-paced learning and facilitator-led programme. The incumbent will develop instructional resources, digital learning experiences, and technology-enabled professional development programme while ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Research on school leadership competency frameworkNeed analysis to identify recurring knowledge, skill, and performance gaps in principalsAnalysis of leadership development gaps and define learning priorities.Design and facilitation of trainingsDesign blended learning journeys and facilitate leadership Trainings.Design and develop quality training materials and resources to serve varying needs of the target populationAssessing training participants and impactEvaluate and monitor programme learning impact.Develop programme dashboards and recommend improvements using dataCollaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation and evaluation of training programme.Provide support on other relevant projects within TCF as and when the need arises.Required Skills Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & UrduStrong Interpersonal Skills, Project Management and Team Management skillsAdept at designing training modules, incorporating design thinking, and conducting in person and online training sessions.Ability to explain thoughts and ideas in clear and concise termsExperience in design and facilitation of adult learning experiencesKnowledge of teaching practicesEducationBachelor’s degree required in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferredProfessional certification in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or Leadership Development will be an advantage.Experience4-5 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with experience in blended learning preferred.
