Deputy Manager Finance

About the role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Deputy manager Finance to support our growing finance team. You will assist in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial data across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a fast-paced environment while building hands-on expertise across accounting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance in Pakistan's financial context.Key responsibilities:- Management Reporting: Prepare insightful reports that help drive business decisions.- Cashflow Management: Keep our liquidity on track through proactive monitoring and forecasting.- Complex Accounting: Act as the go-to expert for the accounts team on tricky accounting treatments.- Financial Analysis: Deliver ad-hoc analysis and deep dives as senior management requests.- Liaison with External Auditors: Lead coordination with external auditors to ensure a smooth process.- Tax Support: Collaborate with the tax team to provide accurate data and documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CA Finalist) with articles from a reputable firm.-- Proven experience in management reporting and leading external audits.- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between finance and management.
