Deputy Manager – Resource Mobilization/Marketing

Core Purpose : Contribute to fundraising and brand promotion of Akhuwat’s cause in Karachi through donor outreach, corporate partnerships, campaign support, relationship building, and visibility activities aligned with the organization’s interest-free, trust-based model.Key Responsibilities Deputy Manager:Support regional fundraising strategy execution and pipeline development under senior guidance.Identify and pursue corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth opportunities in Karachi.Prepare proposals, partnership pitches, and performance updates.Build and maintain donor and corporate relationships; represent Akhuwat at regional events.Contribute to localized marketing campaigns and CRM/data insights.Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with organizational standards.Preferred: BBA or MBA from Karachi-based HEC-recognized universities.Experience: a minimum of 3 Years of experience in fundraising, marketing, corporate relations, business development, or NGO/NPO sector preferred.Strong communication skills in English and Urdu; ability to present Akhuwat’s impact effectively.Commitment to social justice, poverty alleviation, and Akhuwat’s philosophy of interest-free support and trust.Note: Willingness to work from the new Regional Office in DHA, Karachi, and travel within Sindh as needed.Location: Akhuwat New Regional Office, DHA, KarachiInterested candidates Please send your resumes at jobs@akhuwat.org.pk not later than September 10, 2026.
