Exploring the best training vendors/trainers Organize the training as per plan.Online assessment and feedback Working closely with PHR team to ensure the smooth execution of training program.LMS Implementation proposal and plan/ Chroma LMS module to be kicked - offPolicy FormulationDevelop, review, and update organizational policies in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Draft clear, practical, and implementable policies, procedures, and guidelines. Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend revisions based on feedback, audits, and regulatory changes.Maintain proper documentation, version control, and policy governance records.TRC - Process handlingCoordintaing 9 Blocker assement at Group level.Coordinating for TRC - Functional meeting & regular review.Coordinating for the IDPs of HIPOs and tracking their development through regular meetingsPlanning & coordinating MDPs and external programs based on need.Planning and coordinating for internal movement for HIPOs.MIS, Reporting & DashboardTraining Data compilation of and preparing the dashboard & presentations to the management Regularly monitor the progress and update on trainings and engagement.Regularly update and monitor TRC data.
