Job PurposeDefine overall corporate vision, strategic direction, and end-to-end operational governance across 90+ branches of the Gold Business Unit and Wealth/Financial Services. Act as a transformative, hands-on leader (Change Agent & Entrepreneurial Leader ) who leverages deep data analytics to manage market risks, accelerate branch expansion, drive exponential growth, and elevate corporate governance standards for sustainable organizational scale.1. Corporate Strategy & Financial GovernanceFormulate short/long-term business visions and annual operating budgets to elevate financial performance.Present high-impact strategies and commercial performance updates to the Board of Directors.2. Agile Branch Expansion & Change Management Lead nationwide branch network expansion (90+ locations) and modernize front-line operational workflows.Standardize branch operations to ensure consistent service quality and achieve retail performance targets.3. End-to-End Gold & Financial Services Management Govern comprehensive gold trading and retail financial services, including Gold Pledge (ขายฝาก), Gold Savings (ออมทอง), and Jewelry/Bullion Retail (ค้าปลีกทองรูปพรรณและทองคำแท่ง).Translate customer insights into high-yield promotional packages and actionable marketing strategies.4. Supply Chain, Vault Security & Risk Hedging Direct gold procurement systems, logistics, and physical vault security through robust SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).Supervise rigorous risk management frameworks to mitigate Gold Price Volatility (ความผันผวนของราคาทองคำ) via structured hedging mechanisms.5. Digital Innovation & Strategic PartnershipsDrive Fintech product innovations, including Digital Gold Savings (ออมทองดิจิทัล), Alternative Assets, and Modern Financial Platforms.Build strategic alliances with key partners and financial institutions to secure funding channels and optimize asset liquidity.6.
