Deputy MLRO (Relocate to Isle of Man)

DEPUTY MLRO Location - Isle of Man (enhanced relocation package provided if relocating from UK or Ireland)Salary - Competitive Impactive IT are working with a new client in the iGaming and Betting industry, who support a number of UK known brands to operate overseas. They are looking for a Deputy MLRO, to support the MLRO across all areas of AML, KYC & Financial Crime to ensure they adhere to regulations and can mitigate risks. A key part of this role will be looking after Anti-Money Laundering checks, including shared responsibility of SAR's (Suspicious Activity Reports). To be successful in this role, you will need:Experience working in Financial Crime including AML & CFT Confidence in drafting and/or finalising SAR's A solid understanding of regulatory reporting, requirements and risks Experience operating as a senior or lead either in terms of responsibility or people managementThe ability to think outside the box and work as part of a small team, to support multiple end clients within the iGaming & Betting industryTo reside in or be willing to relocate to the Isle of ManPrevious experience within the iGaming & Betting or Crypto industries is ideal, but we would also welcome applications from those with experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and other FCA regulated industries.If you are looking for a new role, that gives you exposure to various areas of financial crime, the opportunity to act as point of escalation for analysts and an environment that values your hard work then this could be the role for you.
