LOINS focuses on empowering every student to reach their full potential through high academic standards and holistic development.Role Description The Deputy Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at Learning Oasis International & National Schools in Riyadh. This role supports the Principal in overseeing daily school operations, including academic programs, student services, and staff coordination. The Deputy Principal helps implement the school’s vision, monitors teaching quality, and promotes a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Typical responsibilities include supporting curriculum planning, observing classrooms, guiding teachers, handling student behavior and welfare matters, and partnering with families to strengthen the home–school relationship. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning, leading improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with school policies, and representing the school in internal and external meetings as needed.Qualifications Proven experience in school leadership or senior teaching roles, preferably in international or national school settings.Strong skills in instructional leadership, curriculum oversight, and classroom observation to support high-quality teaching and learning.Demonstrated ability in student welfare, behavior management, and creating an inclusive, safe school environment.Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff teams.Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and school-wide initiatives.Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a master’s degree or educational leadership certification is an asset.Familiarity with school policies, quality assurance processes, and data-driven improvement practices.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to diverse cultural and educational contexts.
