Deputy Manager – Production (Flour Milling)Location: Sharjah, UAEWorking Schedule: 6 days per weekWe are hiring an experienced Deputy Manager – Production for a leading flour milling operation in the UAE. This role is ideal for a production professional with strong technical expertise in flour milling and a proven track record of leading production teams, improving operational efficiency, and consistently achieving production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day flour mill production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing.Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams to maximize productivity and operational performance.Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are achieved while maintaining product quality standards.Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize machine downtime.Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other support functions to ensure smooth plant operations.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards.Track production KPIs, prepare operational reports, and implement corrective actions where required.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and production resources.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in the flour milling industry, with experience in a Production Supervisor or similar production leadership role.Strong understanding of flour milling processes, production planning, and manufacturing operations.Demonstrated experience leading production teams and achieving operational and production KPIs.Candidates based in the UAE as well as international applicants are encouraged to apply.If you have a strong background in flour milling production and are looking to take the next step in your career with a well-established manufacturing organization, we'd love to hear from you.
