Provide dermatology and aesthetic consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.Perform and oversee aesthetic procedures including injectables, fillers, Botox, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, PRP, and other non-surgical procedures.Lead and supervise doctors, dentists, nurses, and aesthetic staff.Establish and maintain clinical protocols, standards, and patient safety procedures.Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOHAP and other applicable healthcare regulations.Oversee clinical quality, medical records, infection control, and management of complications.Support recruitment, training, credentialing, and performance management of clinical staff.Work with management on developing aesthetic services, treatment protocols, and clinical strategies.Provide medical oversight and coordination between the aesthetic and dental departments.
