This approach helps significantly reduce costs while improving clinical outcomes, access, and patient engagement.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dermatologist at MantraCare. The Dermatologist will provide virtual consultations, diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions, and create individualized treatment plans for patients across diverse geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient histories and images, conducting telehealth appointments, advising on acne, cosmetic concerns, and chronic dermatologic conditions, and documenting care in digital systems. The role involves collaborating with other clinical specialists, contributing to evidence-based care protocols, and supporting AI-enabled tools with clinical insights. The Dermatologist will also educate patients on prevention, skincare routines, and treatment adherence, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and data privacy.Qualifications Strong clinical background with skills in Medicine and Dermatology for assessment, diagnosis, and management of skin diseases.Expertise in Acne and Cosmetic Dermatology for treating common and advanced cosmetic and aesthetic skin concerns.Knowledge of Cosmetology to advise on skincare, cosmetic procedures, and safe use of cosmetic products.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency or specialist training in Dermatology; board certification or eligibility preferred.Active, unrestricted medical license in relevant jurisdiction(s), with eligibility for telemedicine practice where required.Prior experience in teledermatology or virtual care, with proficiency in using digital health platforms and electronic medical records.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and compassionately to diverse patient populations.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and working within an AI-supported, data-driven care model.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.
