We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused professional who can support consultations while coordinating a seamless patient journey.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Dermatology Assistant / Aesthetic Consultant to support dermatology and aesthetic operations, coordinate client consultations, explain available services, and assist with non-clinical patient-care activities.The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of aesthetic and skincare services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate information without making inappropriate medical claims or promises.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, nurses, and clinical teams with non-clinical and approved administrative activities.Coordinate patient consultations, treatment appointments, follow-ups, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.Welcome clients and provide professional, discreet, and empathetic support throughout their clinic experience.Conduct non-clinical consultations to understand client goals, preferences, concerns, and service expectations.Explain approved information about skincare services, aesthetic treatments, products, procedures, preparation, and aftercare as directed by qualified professionals.Ensure clinical questions, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, contraindications, and medical concerns are referred to licensed healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate patient profiles, appointment records, consultation notes, preferences, and administrative documentation.Coordinate schedules between patients, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, nurses, therapists, laboratories, and other relevant teams.Support treatment-room preparation, supplies, equipment, and administrative readiness within the scope of the role.Monitor skincare and aesthetic product inventory and coordinate replenishment with procurement or management teams.Assist with quotations, treatment packages, payment coordination, insurance documentation where applicable, and administrative follow-up.Build professional relationships with clients and provide appropriate follow-up after consultations or services.Handle client questions, complaints, and service concerns professionally and escalate clinical matters appropriately.Support promotional campaigns, skincare education sessions, product launches, consultations, and client events.Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and client information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.Use clinic-management systems, CRM platforms, EHR/EMR tools, appointment software, and digital communication systems.Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to consultation processes, communication, and overall patient experience.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Healthcare Administration, Dermatology, Nursing, Aesthetics, Beauty, Business, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, medical spas, skincare, beauty, patient coordination, or a similar role is preferred.Strong knowledge of professional skincare, dermatology services, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.Excellent communication, consultation, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.Professional, discreet, empathetic, and polished approach to client interactions.Ability to explain services accurately while respecting the boundaries between consultation and clinical advice.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience with CRM, clinic-management, EHR/EMR, appointment, POS, or customer-management systems.Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, privacy, hygiene, and professional clinic procedures.Commercial awareness and ability to identify appropriate service or product opportunities without using high-pressure sales practices.Ability to work effectively with dermatologists, physicians, nurses, aestheticians, receptionists, and management.Knowledge of UAE healthcare and aesthetic-clinic regulations is advantageous.Relevant healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, or customer-service certifications are advantageous and may be required depending on clinical responsibilities.What We OfferFlexible part-time working hours with a remote-friendly consultation and administrative arrangement where applicable.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunity to support professional dermatology, skincare, and aesthetic-service operations.Exposure to patient coordination, aesthetic consultations, skincare products, CRM management, and client experience.Professional development opportunities and continuous training in skincare, aesthetics, customer care, and service standards.A professional, patient-focused environment where discretion, ethical communication, product knowledge, empathy, and service excellence are highly valued.
