Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 4 years of experience in drilling and workover operations, demonstrating proficiency in the roles of Roustabout and Roughneck, or a relevant progression of assignments.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Certifications:H₂S (Hydrogen Sulfide) certified.Language: Working knowledge of English, sufficient for understanding complex safety instructions, well control procedures, and communicating clearly with the Driller and crew.Physical & Mental: Must be physically fit, comfortable working at extreme heights for extended periods, and capable of demonstrating sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
