Role DescriptionResponsible for guiding and assisting guests during desert tours and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead desert tours, excursions, and outdoor activities.Provide guests with information about the desert environment, wildlife, culture, and local attractions.Ensure guest safety and follow all tour and emergency procedures.Assist with transportation, equipment, and tour preparations.Monitor weather and environmental conditions during tours.Handle guest enquiries and provide friendly, professional service.Maintain tour equipment and ensure the tour area is kept clean.Respond appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations.QualificationsPrevious experience as a tour guide, outdoor guide, or in hospitality is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of desert environments, local culture, and wildlife is preferred.Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in hot and challenging conditions.Responsible, friendly, and safety-conscious.Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.Valid driving licence is an advantage.
