Design and Colour Consultant

Position Title: Design and Colour ConsultantEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary AED: depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: SharjahAbout the Client:One of the leading manufacturing firms in the Middle East, offering a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and specialty productsJob Description:* Conduct site visits to assess lighting conditions, architectural elements, and project requirements before recommending colour solutions.* Promote the company products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs and project specifications. Support the sales team by providing technical and aesthetic guidance during customer meetings and project discussions.* Assist in organizing colour workshops, design seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to support new product launches and colour trend initiatives.* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project ownersRequirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in interior design, colour consulting, decorative paints, home décor, or a related industry; professional certification in Interior Design or Colour Consulting is an advantage.* Proven experience working with paint manufacturers, interior design firms, architectural consultants, or construction-related businesses is preferred.* Strong expertise of colour selection, colour palettes, mood boards, design concepts, combined with a customer-focused, sales-driven approach that influences purchasing decisions.* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools and must have a valid driving license.
