Design and Production Manager

Morni is looking for someone who can sit at the center of design, production, and client experience at our Jaipur Spacebase.We need an experienced designer who understands the luxury garment market - someone who can design beautifully, but also knows how to bring that vision to life, manage the details, and get the final piece into the customer’s hands at a world-class standard.The RoleTake ideas from concept → sample → production → finished pieceManage sampling, fittings, tech packs, timelines, QC, and deliveryCoordinate across designers, pattern masters, tailors, embroiderers, dyers, artisans, and vendorsWork directly with global clients and translate their ideas into clear design directionBuild cleaner, more scalable design + production systemsProtect the level of detail, finish, and taste expected in luxury clothingWho We’re Looking ForExperience in luxury fashion / garmentsStrong design sensibility + deep understanding of garment constructionKnows how to move from a beautiful idea to a beautifully delivered productConfident interacting with a global audienceTasteful, composed, and able to guide clients through an intimate creative processHighly organized and obsessive about fit, finish, quality, and detailHands-on, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems on the floorExcited to use AI + digital tools to improve design and production workflowsMorni’s co-creation platform is a luxury, intimate experience with tasteful visionaries from around the world.
