Design Architect

Team members collaborate in a professional environment that values innovation, precision, and long-term client relationships.Role Description The Senior Design Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Saihat, responsible for leading architectural design from concept through detailed documentation. This position oversees the development of design concepts, prepares and reviews architectural drawings, and ensures alignment with project requirements, codes, and standards. The Senior Design Architect coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to produce integrated design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include guiding junior designers, reviewing construction drawings, resolving design issues, and participating in client and consultant meetings. The role also involves contributing to design management, monitoring design quality, and supporting project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.QualificationsStrong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.Proficiency in Design Management and coordination of multidisciplinary design teams.Hands-on experience producing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related documentation.Effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.Several years of experience in a senior or lead architectural role, preferably within engineering and consulting environments.Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools).Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to quality control processes is highly desirable.
