As we continue our U.S. growth, we’re seeking passionate, design-driven professionals to join our expanding team.About the RoleOur experienced Design Consultants are interior design and retail professionals who work closely with clients to bring their visions to life. In this role, you’ll generate sales, provide design expertise, and deliver a personalized experience that reflects the Natuzzi Italia brand.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a luxury, tailored experience for every clientConsistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIsBuild lasting client relationships and proactively engage with Trade Partners (interior designers, architects, and realtors)Educate clients on our Interior Design Services and how they can elevate their living spacesDesign full-room solutions using Floor Planner and your expertise in color theory, space planning, scale, and composition to create cohesive, beautiful interiorsConduct in-home consultations and provide follow-up supportPresent curated product selections, prepare quotes, and confidently close salesMaintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with trends in furniture and interior designRepresent Natuzzi at local industry events and showroom activationsCollaborate with your team to maintain an inspiring, high-standard showroomQualificationsPrevious experience in luxury retail, interior design, or high-end furniture sales highly preferred.Required SkillsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goalsStrong communication and relationship-building skills; bilingual or multilingual is a plusProficiency with technology; Floor Planner, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or rendering tools a plusStrong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesCreative, energetic, and passionate about designPreferred SkillsNone specified.Pay range and compensation packageBase salary + commission401(k) with company matchHealth, dental & vision insuranceHSA/FSA optionsPaid time off & paid trainingLife insurancePet InsuranceEqual Opportunity StatementReady to bring timeless Italian design to the Boca Raton, FL market?
