Our portfolio spans Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, reflecting our commitment to transparency, customer-centricity, quality, integrity, and value creation through a construction-driven approach.With exciting developments such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice — Dubai’s luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community — we continue to deliver landmark projects across the city.We are currently looking for a Design Coordinator to join our FIT-OUT Factory team.The Design Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Technical Manager and will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and streamlining design documentation, CAD/BIM drawings, and technical submittals. Acting as the technical bridge between site execution, factory/production, internal design teams, and external consultants, the role ensures that all architectural, MEP, structural, and interior fit-out elements are fully coordinated, clash-free, and aligned with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Responsibilities includeReview, track, and coordinate architectural, interior fit-out, MEP, and custom joinery drawings before release to production or site.Identify spatial clashes, design gaps, and constructability issues; present practical solutions to the Technical Manager.Translate client design intent into detailed, buildable shop drawings and manufacturing details.Maintain up-to-date Design Registers, tracking shop drawing revisions, material submittals, samples, and mockups.Ensure approved Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and revision updates are distributed promptly to site and factory teams.Draft technical queries and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve site and design ambiguities.Review material data sheets, finish samples, and submittals for compliance with project specifications.Coordinate with procurement for technical evaluations and material equivalency checks.Prepare submission packages for local authority approvals (e.g., Civil Defense, Municipalities) under the guidance of the Technical Manager.Attend regular design workshops, technical review meetings, and site coordination meetings; log action items.Conduct site visits to verify site dimensions, check installation progress against drawings, and resolve site discrepancies.Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, site engineers, and project management to keep projects moving forward smoothly.Here's what you'll needBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of design coordination experience in commercial/residential interior fit-out or joinery manufacturing.
