Design Coordinator - MeathAn established residential developer is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale housing projects in the Meath/West Dublin region.Working closely with the Design Manager, you'll coordinate and manage external design consultants, ensuring design information is issued accurately and on programme. This is a coordination role rather than a hands-on design position, with a strong focus on buildability, technical compliance and the smooth flow of design information throughout the construction process.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role within construction.Strong understanding of design drawings, construction methods and buildability.Experience with a main contractor or design & build environment is highly desirable.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred, although experienced Site Managers or Foremen looking to move into an office-based role will also be considered.Driven, proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.Package:€60,000-€70,000 DOE.Travel expenses.Flexible/hybrid working available for the right candidate.
