Built to EJMA and ASME standards, Flexibel delivers critical piping flexibility and stress-relief solutions for Oil & Gas, Power, Marine, and EPC projects across the GCC and international markets.Job Summary:Responsible for design and application engineering of metallic bellows and expansion joint systems for critical piping applications in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors. This role involves engineering calculations, proposal preparation, customer interface, and technical support throughout project execution while ensuring code compliance. Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed design and stress calculations of bellows/expansion joints in accordance with relevant standards such as EJMA, ASME Section VIII, and ASME B31.3. Prepare techno-commercial cost estimates and competitive proposals based on client specifications, project scope, and RFQs. Develop General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) and submit for customer approval, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Participate in technical clarification meetings with EPC contractors and end users to finalize design and project scope. Provide technical support during order execution, including design validation, document review, and resolution of site or manufacturing queries. Contribute to engineering design standardization and optimization (EDS), achieving cost savings and improved product performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, QA/QC, and procurement to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2–5+ years of experience in bellows/expansion joint design within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sectors. Strong understanding of piping systems, thermal expansion, and stress analysis in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. Familiarity with international codes and standards used in Oil & Gas and Power projects (EJMA, ASME). Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects. Proficiency in engineering software and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, calculation tools). Effective communication skills for client interaction and technical discussions.
