Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design and Automotive Components Design using CATIA & SolidWorks.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop automotive parts, components, and sheet metal assemblies using CATIA & SolidWorksCreate 3D models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and BOMApply strong knowledge of sheet metal design, fabrication, and manufacturing processesDevelop designs according to customer specifications and automotive industry standardsPerform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFACoordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for prototype development and final approvalImprove existing designs for better quality, performance, and cost optimizationPrepare and maintain technical documentation and design historyRequirementsDiploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering3 – 5 years of experience as a Design Engineer in Automotive / Automotive ManufacturingGood exposure to CATIA & SolidWorks – MandatoryStrong experience in Sheet Metal Design & Automotive DesignGood knowledge of GD&T, materials, and manufacturing processesAbility to read and understand complex engineering drawingsImmediate joiners will be given preferenceSalary & BenefitsAED 4,000 – 5,000 + Other Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
