Design Engineer

Job Summary:Hands on experience on Creo/Solidworks & Wind-chill. Good knowledge on casting, machining, sheet metal part design and manufacturing processes. Support Design Engineering projects independently. Collaborate with other design and product engineers working on those projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare/maintain Engineering documentation, bill of material and change notices.
• Collaborates and communicates cross functionally and project partners.
• Provides design support for current production parts and products.
• Understand and adhere to design and drafting standard practices.
• Work from oral or written engineering instructions, procedures, drawings, and sketches.
• Commit to deliver 100% QDCRequired Skills:
• Good understanding of basic engineering design principles and Design best practices.
• Good drawing reading skills and dimensioning standards.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and application.Soft Skills:
• Good written and oral communication
• Working interest effectively with diverse teams
• Time management and discipline
• Staying curious and continuous learning.
