Company DescriptionDYNATHERM ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED - India is an India-based company focused on alloy and materials solutions (heat exchangers & pressure vessels) for industrial applications.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Design Engineer role is based in Chennai. The Design Engineer will create and refine detailed designs, models, drawings and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards.Daily responsibilities include using CAD software / PV Elite for modeling and drafting, performing engineering calculations, supporting prototyping and testing, and preparing technical documentation.QualificationsExperience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in metals, alloys, or related sectors.Ability to interpret technical drawings and standards, and familiarity with tolerance and GD&T practices.After receipt of work Order, study the client datasheet, Applicable specification, standard.Preparation of Technical purchase specification as per client & code requirement.Mechanical Design of equipment (Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, Columns ,etc) as per ASME Section VIII Div.-1,IBR, IS Code or as per client requirements.Preparation of design & drawings documents.Handling EIL, U stamp, IBR, PESO jobs.Exposed with Required Design Calculation and Material KnowledgeSupportive role in Drawing & Design approval from AI (Authorized Inspector for U stamp jobs) ,Director of Boilers(For IBR jobs), any other Third Party like: LRA(Lloyds Resister Asia),SGS,DCPL, Other design consultant like: EIL, Technip , Toyo , Uhde, L&T, etc.Candidate should be self driven, Hard Working & fast learner so that he can pick up the functional requirement.
