Job Title: SolidWorks Plastic Design Engineer

Location: BangaloreExperience: 2 to 3 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or EquivalentJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled SolidWorks Plastic Design Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in CAD modeling and product design.

The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D plastic models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks. Prior experience in the automotive battery domain will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D plastic component models and detailed 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks.Design and modify plastic parts as per customer and project requirements.Ensure design compliance with engineering standards, manufacturing feasibility, and quality requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and project teams.Support design reviews, drawing releases, and engineering change activities.Maintain design documentation and adhere to organizational design processes.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.Experience in plastic part modeling and drawing creation.Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
