Job ResponsibilitiesDesign structural and moving mechanisms for weapon systemsCarry out design, integration, and testing activities in concept and prototype developmentResearch new technologies and competitor systems, and prepare technical evaluation reportsTrack project processes, work packages, and schedules, and coordinate with relevant teamsDevelop fast and lasting solutions to technical problems in demanding, critical projectsAct quickly on design, analysis, research, and documentation tasksQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering0–5 years of design experience in weapon systems or the defense industryKnowledge of weapon systems and weapon and ammunition integrationKnowledge of and experience in moving mechanism designProficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA), with knowledge of tolerancing and technical drawingKnowledge of strength (structural) and dynamic analysisAbility to actively use AI tools in engineering workStrong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong process-tracking skillsGood command of technical English
