Design Engineer

G2's client is currently looking for a Technical Drawer/Design Engineer to join their growing team in the Rotterdam/South Rotterdam region, Netherlands.The client is an OEM, working on process equipment manufacturing for end client operators and EPC projects in the Oil & Gas industry.The client is particularly interested in candidates with a mechanical bias in the Oil & Gas industry, who has experience working with process equipment such as piping, pumps, P&IDs and skid packages.THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER PERMANENT CANDIDATES, NOT FREELANCE – English SpeakingSTART: ASAPLOCATION: Rotterdam/South of River Rotterdam region, NetherlandsSALARY: €4,500 - €6,000 per month + 8% + packageThe role would be for four days in the office and one day remotely each week.Technical Drawer/Design EngineerDesign Engineer or Technical Drawer backgroundWorking history in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical industries preferredExperience working on the design of process equipment such as pumps, piping, skid packages, cabinets or cable trays, etc.Experience using 3DEXPERIENCE essentialFluent English essentialThe client has advised they give the option for flexible working hours and a hybrid working pattern, with one day a week from home available. There are 38 days of leave available (25 annual leave + 13 ADV).
