We are known for bold architecture, visionary design, and partnerships with global luxury icons such as Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co.With a portfolio exceeding AED 15 billion across Dubai’s most prestigious developments, Binghatti continues to transform the city’s skyline and set new standards for innovation and excellence in real estate.Job OverviewResponsible for the design, analysis, and preparation of scaffolding systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards, project specifications, and design requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Calculations & DrawingsPrepare scaffolding design calculations, drawings, and technical submittals.Develop scaffolding layouts and structural designs in accordance with project requirements and relevant standards.Specification Review & CoordinationReview project specifications and site requirements to determine suitable scaffolding solutions.Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and clients regarding scaffolding design requirements.Structural Safety AssessmentConduct structural assessments and ensure the stability and safety of scaffolding systems.Provide technical support during installation, modification, and dismantling activities.Compliance & Design ApprovalEnsure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.Review and approve scaffolding design revisions as required by project changes.Site Validation & DocumentationParticipate in site visits and inspections to validate design implementation.Maintain design records, calculations, and documentation.Other Tasks and AccountabilitiesPerform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by management to achieve the objectives and commitments of the department.Act in full compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental Integrated Management System to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.Position Requirements (Education & Experience)Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, or Structural Engineering.Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in scaffolding design.Skills/Behaviour CompetenciesStrong analytical skillsCommunication and coordination skillsProblem solvingAttention to detail and accuracyCore CompetenciesProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000 and STAAD ProKnowledge of scaffolding standards (BS EN, TG20, NASC guidelines)Ability to conduct structural analysis and safety assessmentsWhy Join Binghatti?At Binghatti, we do not just build properties—we build legacies.
