This role is responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing content and campaigns across websites, email, LinkedIn, video, digital advertising, sales materials, and occasional print collateral. A central challenge will be learning complex B2B products and solutions and translating them into clear, compelling, audience-specific content while managing the buyer journey from awareness to lead handoff.About the RoleThe Engineering Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) solutions while providing day-to-day technical leadership to a team of engineers and designers.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and optimization of Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs), including system architecture, schematics, layouts, and component selectionServe as the technical subject matter expert for HPU systems, hydraulics, and related standardsReview and approve engineering drawings, BOMs, calculations, and technical documentationEnsure designs meet customer specifications, safety standards, industry codes, and internal engineering guidelinesSupport root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions related to HPU performance, quality, or field issuesLead engineering execution for HPU projects from concept through production releaseCollaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure design for manufacturability, quality, and serviceabilityParticipate in design reviews, customer meetings, and project milestonesEnsure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, NFPA, customer-specific requirements)Maintain accurate engineering documentation, change management, and revision controlIdentify opportunities for improvement within department processesAttend training sessions regularly to continue professional growth and developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field5+ years of design engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience with hydraulic systems or HPUsMinimum of 2 years of professional leadership experience within a manufacturing settingProficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks experience preferred)Strong understanding of hydraulic system design, component selection, and performance analysisAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skillsRequired SkillsProficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks experience preferred)Strong understanding of hydraulic system design, component selection, and performance analysisAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
